The staff were exceptional. The facilities were very clean and comfortable and there was nothing more required in the rooms. Free wireless internet in rooms. There was a shuttle to and from Disneyland each day for a small fee. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic and the dinner was a big surpise accompanied by a beer, wine or soft drink. Would highly recommend this facility.

There was nothing ot dislike about this hotel it was everything and more then what we expected

The location was good. Breakfast was nice. Staff friendly.

Very disappointed. We checked in at 4:30 and rooms stool weren't ready. They had to call around to see what room they could put us in. Beds were very very uncomfortable. Mattresses were hard, closet doors were hard to slide, sleeper sofa was broken and maintenance needed to come and replace it.

I liked that the staff at the Homewood were EXCELLENT! Very helpful and took care of my families needs. No handicap rooms were available at the time of our stay, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate to my mother's needs. Thank you!

The room was spacious and had everything we need. We have a large family so having the kitchen was very nice. We came back mid day from Disneyland to have lunch to save money. The breakfast and reception were also very nice. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was not one person that did not show acceptional customer service. The pool area had a great atmosphere and was very clean. The shuttle service to Disneyland came every half hour like clockwork. There was a small fee but it was well worth it to not have to deal with parking. We are coming back in October and had booked a room elsewhere. We have cancelled that and plan on coming back here instead.

The only thing that would need improvement is the shower curtain. It wasn't long enough to close on both end so water would leak into the floor.

The hotel was in a wonderful location lots of close amenities and the shuttle to Disney was wonderful. The staff were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast; it was also a really nice perk when we found out they also had meals in the evening 4 of the 5 nights we were there.

The pools were not very clean and the children's pool was freezing.

When we came back to the room our housekeeper Soria, I believe her name is had made a.shape of a dog out of towels and put my son stuffed husky dog next to it and it was very very kind and sweet and it made us smile at the end of a long exhausting day

The elevators are extremely slow coming also having an ice machine at one end of the building is ridiculous

We stayed in a room with two queens and a pull out. The queens were great but the pull out was awful. The morning breakfast was a nice addition and great to fill up before going to the park.

I wasnt aware that there would be a shuttle fee or on-site parking fees. The fees werent unreasonable, just unexpected. Now we are juat being picky, but the eggs were not a good texture; the scrambled eggs were really rubbery, or like firm cottage cheese, and they tasted funny.

The Air conditioning worked well.

The elevators were very slow outdated and had expired safety certificates in them. The ceiling on level one near the back was missing and smoke detectors were taped up !
