How To Use Animal Crossing New Leaf In Citra

Hi, it's pretty simple to play my save from my 3ds on the citra emulator but when I want to send my citra save on my 3ds it's telling me "This is not the last save, practise you want to delete all your progress" if I said yes, it delete everything, if I said no, cypher happen but I can't play

There is 4 saves files for my animal crossing game

-exhibition.dat
-friend1.dat
-garden_plus.dat (contain all my progression)
-updated.dat

I have test multiple scenarios when I was changing the saves files, nothing special happen when I change exhibition.dat/friend1.dat/updated.dat for some older versions/recent one and zero happen, I tin still play

Just when I want to change the garden_plus.dat (the most important 1) from my virtually contempo file, the game don't let me play and ask me to wipe all my progression. Practice you guys know what i'm supposed to practise for being able to play my citra animal crossing save on my 3ds ?

The 3ds use something called "Secure value" for being able to meet if your salvage is valid or not, my citra save was using an alternating version of the secure value

and so for fixing my problem I have just modify the secure value of my contempo relieve with the secure value of my 3ds save file

Ya, its a secure value in the garden_plus.dat that changes EVERY time you save and log off. If information technology does non match the same value as what was created for the well-nigh contempo save, it will sput a fault that the save is corrupt and needs to be deleted. A futile attempt at stopping people from cheating and modifying the savefile.

Yous make a dummy savefile to start with. This creates a save that provides the secure value. You lot then ready the save you want. The save y'all want will then be opened in a hex editor as well as the dummy save. The first string you see at the very top of the garden_plus.dat file is the secure value. You copy that from the dummy file to the one you desire. Save the file with the value updated. Then run that garden_plus.dat file.

If by inject y'all mean "restoring" the file with checkpoint yeah. I tried the same with JKSM but still the aforementioned.

Every bit a final resort here are the two unmodified save file of mine. The 3DS 1 is the dummy as you lot telephone call information technology file with a playtime of simply 8 minutes.

The CITRA one has playtime of one hour and something.

If you lot want to check it yourself or something.

Equally I mentioned these are the UNMODIFIED every bit in I accept non changed the secure values in these so someone else can exercise it and check.

Also, I know the playtime is too short to justify all this but I would like to accept the freedom to go back and forth 3DS->CITRA->3DS-CITRA etc. Then I want to get this correct right now.
